For the second year in a row, our cooks won first place for presenting the best regional dishes among twenty-two other teams.

I am very proud to have worked alongside them, trying every day to reinvent local cuisine. Our goal is to surprise the taste buds of our guests with regional products prepared in a contemporary way.
